The Vermont Elks Association major project is the Silver Towers Camp “for people with disabilities” It is supported by two funds, “Vermont Elks Charities, Inc” and the “Vermont Elks Charities Endowment Trust Fund Inc” as well as the 12 Elks Lodges across the state of Vermont.
- Vermont Elks Charities, Inc: Funds provided here are immediately available to support the current and future needs of the Silver Towers Camp.
- Vermont Elks Charities Endowment Trust Fund Inc: Funds, gifts, grants are added to the trust with only the income derived from the total fund investments being available to support Silver Towers.

The Trust fund provides for long-term financial support of the Silver Towers Camp. It is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit of the IRS and all donations are tax-deductible.
