Recently, the Vt. Elks Association held their annual State Convention in Shelburne, N.H. After a weekend of meetings and socializing on Sunday, Springfield Elks’ own Past Exalted Ruler was nominated and elected 2nd Vice President of the Vt. Elks Association and he will become their President at the convention in 2022.
Mr. Kirkwood joined the Elks in 1987 and is a Past Exalted Ruler of his Lodge two times and been Springfield Elks Lodge Drug Awareness chairman for thirty years as well as Vt. Elks State Chairman for several years.
